Final Concert of 50 year's Jazz Jamboree
The final concert of 50 year's Jazz Jamboree entitled "Classics and Jazz" summerised the 50-year history of the festival and presented links of jazz with Polish national culture. In the Warsaw Philharmonic leading jazz artists performed works of Frederic Chopin, Karol Szymanowski, Mieczysław Karłowicz, Witold Lutosławski, Igor Stravinsky, Krzysztof Penderecki, Astor Piazzola and Krzysztof Komeda Trzciński.
